Visualization means thinking in pictures and making knowledge visible through drawings. More and more people are using this method to record organizational knowledge, improve processes or design more intelligent products.
This is not only useful, but also fun. It also promotes a new quality of collaboration in teams. Discover your visual talents during a workshop at the WINI in-house exhibition.
Starting daily at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm
You do not need to register. The workshop lasts approx. 45 minutes and takes place in the Gallery Forum Sandstone Hall. Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes before the start. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 20 - first come - first serve. If the workshop is already full, please use one of the other 7 dates during the in-house exhibition.
Team building and creative problem solving with Lego Serious Play: In a moderated process, you will playfully develop solution concepts, new models of cooperation, innovative strategies and other answers to a wide range of questions.
Gain new insights and perspectives through play in this hands-on workshop.

Hanna is an interior designer, head of our planning department and a member of the BDIA. With her passion for design and circular solutions, she gives planner talks throughout Germany at our partners and at trade fairs.

Dr. Christoph Soukup is the founder of a think tank for the circular economy, heads transformation projects in cities and the Steinbeis Circular Economy Consulting Center, with which he supports SMEs in the transition to circular business models. In his podcast #MüllistMist, you can hear how he and his guests go in search of circular solutions.

Sebastian Reh is a research associate at Weserbergland University of Applied Sciences and Arts and head of the Center for Digital Transformation and New Work (zedita). He is an external doctoral researcher at the Institute for Interdisciplinary Work Science at Leibniz Universität Hannover in the areas of change in work, innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

Since February 2025, you can visit WINI comfortably and environmentally friendly with the train. The new Marienau train station is located just 50 meters behind the Sandsteinhalle - the large WINI showroom in Marienau. Trains run regularly from Herford via Hameln or from Hildesheim via Elze. Please refer to the timetable for details.

The registration deadline for the WINI in-house exhibition ends on 11 March 2025 to ensure smooth organization.
You can arrive by car as usual and then use the WINI shuttle service (please note the information in the FAQ) for your journey. Please make sure you register for this in advance.
Alternatively, you can now also arrive directly by train. The new Marienau train station - 30 meters on foot behind the WINI Sandstone Hall - has been in operation since February. You can find up-to-date information on the timetable here.
When you register, you can make a binding booking for the WINI shuttle service and reserve your transfer from the hotel or train station to the event. Please indicate your transfer wishes and the time at which you would like to be picked up. Please note that we cannot guarantee your transportation in the event of last-minute changes or if you do not specify your shuttle wishes when registering. Capacities are limited.
WINI is not responsible for hotel bookings. We have compiled a list of recommended hotels for you, which you can find at the link at the bottom. Please book the hotel of your choice yourself. Please note that we can only guarantee a shuttle service to the hotels on the list.

The workshops have a participant limit - it is "first come, first serve". The workshops "Hello agile" and "bikablo" will take place four times a day on both days of the event, so that you will certainly have the opportunity to find a time that suits you.
