What else you need to know about WINI...

Social responsibility, quality, environment

As a medium-sized company, we see ourselves as having a high level of social responsibility - towards people and our environment. Environmental protection, fairness and partnership are therefore of great importance when making decisions. Optimal working conditions, community, health and safety of our employees are important to us. We also place the highest value on respect and tolerance, fair working conditions, but also on equal opportunities and the compatibility of family and career. As a market player, we act in a spirit of partnership, but at the same time set high standards for our suppliers. This concerns compliance with employee and human rights, benefits and much more. - laid down in the WINI Supplier Code of Conduct.

Sustainable quality is of central importance to us. Our particularly high quality standards apply to our products, their properties and materials, their ergonomic benefits - but also to sustainability round about the conservation of resources, life cycles and reparability. At the same time, we focus on quality in all services related to the product, such as development, sales, delivery and assembly. Our quality management system plays a key role here. We have defined our quality objectives and our social and environmental policy in the WINI company guidelines.

The third building block of WINI's company policy is the environmental concept. We feel responsible for the careful use of natural resources, sustainable action and the preservation of the environment for future generations. Our environmental management system monitors and documents all environmentally relevant company activities. All employees are obliged to implement and comply with the legal requirements and the WINI environmental guidelines of our environmental management system.

Whether adhering to laws and regulations, compliance standards or working and social conditions - we fulfill our social responsibility in competition and in all our business activities. We set high, common standards that we adhere to ourselves, but which we also expect all of our suppliers to follow consistently. We are committed to fair and sustainable dealings - within the company, externally and in our relationships with our suppliers. The same rules of conduct apply to our suppliers. The WINI Supplier Code of Conduct is intended to serve as a guideline for our everyday business partnerships. We demand the same ethical, moral and social obligations from our suppliers that we impose on ourselves and all our employees.

The WINI Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the company's expectations of its suppliers in various areas:

  • Compliance with laws and regulations: suppliers must comply with national and international laws, including labor standards.
  • Compliance and integrity: Suppliers should conduct business in a competitive and lawful manner, particularly with regard to anti-bribery and fair competition.
  • Social and working conditions: Fair treatment of employees is required, including the prohibition of forced labor, child labor, discrimination and harassment.
  • Environmental sustainability: Suppliers should comply with environmental laws and standards, including environmental permits, resource consumption and waste minimization.
  • Code review: Regularly review the Code and notify suppliers of important changes.

Here you can find more information about our WINI Supplier Code of Conduct.

The environmental policy is a central component of the corporate policy and the WINI brand. It is therefore aimed at the entire workforce and determines the thoughts and actions of WINI Büromöbel. The environmental management system pursues the goal of continuously reviewing and improving all activities with an impact on the aspects of operational and social environmental policy.

Find out more about WINI's sustainability here.

  • Our business focuses on the development, manufacture and sale of office equipment and related services.
  • Our goal is profit-oriented growth. A sustainable increase in market share and an appropriate return on investment should be in balance. Both sub-goals can be reconciled in the long term.
  • WINI is committed to a CI and design culture that enables an unmistakable external appearance and with which employees can identify.
  • The CI and design culture is based on our BrandGuide. The current BrandGuide has been valid since 2006 and defines WINI's central values in its condensed "Master": reliable in attitude, convincing in performance and perfect in style.
  • We promote motivation and good ideas in order to drive forward the continuous improvement process (CIP). This is supported by a trusting management style and management by objectives.
  • We work together as colleagues. The "golden rule" applies to our dealings with one another: treat your colleagues, employees and superiors as you would like to be treated yourself!
  • Speed is a valuable competitive advantage for us; speed therefore also determines our internal processes: all tasks are completed in a helpful manner and as quickly as possible.
  • Actively practiced quality management is an essential part of our corporate culture. Errors and complaints are welcomed as an opportunity to constantly improve our processes and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Ecologically responsible action in the development of our products, in the selection of our suppliers and in the design of our processes is a declared goal.
